The dispatch is carried out via Deutscher Paket-Dienst GmbH (DPD) or Deutsche Post AG. The goods are leaving our warehouse on six days in the week, on Sundays we don't deliver. Via the online-tracking-systems Delistrack (by DPD) respectively Track & Trace (Deutsche Post) you will be always informed about the status of your shipment as soon as it has left our warehouse.
Please note: the shipment tracing is possible only at dispatch as parcel. You get the parcel ident code from us after despatch of your goods.
Our standard delivery time is 10 working days within Europe. Outside Europe it may increase to 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, at an assortment of more than 7.700 products it cannot always be avoided that individual products are due to big demand temporary out of stock. If certain products shouldn't be available immediately we will contact and inform you about the expected delivery time and we will recommend similar products to you, if necessary.
An express-service is also possible for request. Please note arising additional fees and charges. Shipping costs may increase strongly, when combining different item# sections (e.g. 10, 20, 60, 70, 80) at delivery with express-service.
For fragile goods (over 20 kg, respective 31,5 kg) as well as bulky goods (belt measure over 300 cm) we unfortunately can not print exact shippings costs since they may vary depending from delivery place and destination. Those deliveries are delivered to you over forwarding agents. We charge you only our cost prices. Please contact us if you would like to get informed about the exact shipping costs. Please give us the item-numbers as well as the expected delivery-address. You immediately receive message from us. Please use our contact-formula for your request.
Supplementary charges for C.O.D. shipment and financial transmission will be charged to the customer. In Germany the C.O.D. charges amount between 4,60 Euro and 12,00 Euro. The C.O.D. charges depend on the possible mode of transport.
The C.O.D. charges to Austria (already including shipping costs) are 17,90 Euro. This price applies to a pracel up to 4 Kg. Charges for weights up to 20 Kg please see below in the table "Shipping Costs Europe 1". Please add 12,00 Euro per shipment.
C.O.D. charges for other countries than Germany and Austria are 4,60 Euro. Please note, that the Deutsche Post AG adds further 6,00 Euro to cover the transfer of the collected COD amount. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
