Payment-Service

At Budoten you can pay by:

  • direct debit / debit entry
  • prepayment / cash before delivery
  • C.O.D. / cash on delivery
  • credit card
  • invoice
  • PayPal

Delivery

We deliver your items as quick as possible. In case an item should not be deliverably or delayed of more than 10 working days, you will receive a message by email. We generally deliver with DHL / German Post or Deutscher Paket Dienst (DPD / German Parcel Service).

When delivering with DHL / German Post you may pick up your parcel at the local post office if you should be out in time of delivery. DPD will deliver even several times to your home. Please note that in case of nonacceptance or not-pick-up of the parcel Budoten will charge on all costs and side charges.

Minimum Order Value

With us there isn't any minimum order value. You are always welcome, whether you order one item or ten.

Shipping costs

The arising transportation costs you can check in our overview. If we deliver the goods of your order for technical reasons in several parts, we charge the shipping costs of course only once. Pay attention to special terms for collecting customers and clubs / organizations!

Ordering from Abroad

Our delivery time is approximately 10 working days. The shop will calculate after selection of your destination country the shipping costs automatically. You find a detailed summary of all shipping costs here.

Sale or Return

Our products are sold with a right of return. Our aim is to provide high quality products along with excellent service, for 100% customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may sent it back to us within 14 days - if possible unused and in the original package. Please note: The customer shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by Budoten in relation to carriage, postage, and packaging. If the customer has its permanent residence in Germany Budoten will refund the transportation costs as far as the value of the returned goods exceeds 40 Euro and the invoice is paid.

We would like to ask you always to return the goods in prepayed parcels. In case of return of goods in non prepayed parcels we will deduct the additional charges and a reasonable fee for handling from the refund.

Custom made articles (e.g. badges, embroideries, prints), audio- or video recordings, unsealed software are excluded from the right of exchange and return.

Entsiegelte Videos, DVDs und CD's sowie individuell gefertigte Artikel sind vom Widerrufsrecht grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.

Transport Damage

All items are checket and carefully packed by our staff. Nevertheless damage at transportation of the goods can not always be excluded. In such cases sign for the parcel as "unchecked". This will make it quicker and easier for us to process your claim and recover our loss from the carrier. Then, contact our customer services team within 5 days of the delivery date and follow the returns procedure above. Please note, it is essential that you inform us of the damage within 5 days of the delivery date to ensure that your claim is valid. This applies to hidden damages too.

Goods delivered to the customer shall be accepted by the customer and the customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases shall inform Budoten in writing within 5 (five) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of the goods. After discovery any defect must be immediately criticized in writting, by e-mail, letter or fax. Each notice of effects must be enclosed with the invoice.

We will let you know, what to do. Never send the damaged goods back without our permission, since this will prevent to prove damage in transit and now you, as return-sender have to prove, that the damage in transist does not result in the return, what would be very hard this  way if not even impposible. read more about...

Return

Before you return goods, please contact us and refer to our returns policy and procedures provided in our online-help. We will discuss the matter and let you know what to do. If the value of the goods to be returned exceeds 40 EUR and the goods are fully paid, we will send you a parcel label for a free return in case you will send back the goods from Germany. If the value of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 EUR, the customer has to bear the costs of return. Customers, who are not private end-consumers, always have to bear any costs of return.

Please note: If you send a parcel to us with unpaid freight this will considerably increase the handling time. For your safety, we recommend always to use a traceable shipping service. For goods exceeding 50 Euro, please always send as parcel and save the delivery note. You can send back the goods as well, but please note, that transport damages are not covered by any insurance and that you don't have a delivery note.

Prices of Books and Videos

Books and videos are price bound. At a price increase by the publishing house we must charge you the higher price. In principle, a cheapened sale of books and videos is not possible. In case of a price increase we will inform the customer before delivery and ask for his consent. If the customer does not accept the new price, the order will be cancelled as far as it concerns.
