Our Return Policy

Our aim is to provide high quality products along with excellent service, for 100% customer satisfaction. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receipt of the goods and return them. Please don't unseal books, videos, CD's and software. If you expect a 100% refund, make sure, that the product is virgin and unwashed. If you return goods with tracks of usage we will deduct a reasonable charge.

In the special section of our General Terms and Conditions you will learn all about the right of withdrawal for consumers. You will also be informed about rules and withdrawal periods which apply for your country.

Please note: We would like to ask you always to return the goods in prepaid parcels. In case of return of goods in non prepaid parcels we will deduct the additional charges and a reasonable fee for handling from the refund.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return. We reccomend to keep delivery document until you have received email from us.

According your wish we will transfer the value of the returned goods to your account, send you a cheque or credit it to your account at Budoten. Our customers with permanent residence in Germany we refund the postage of return if the value of the returned items exceeds 40 Euro.

If you hat been using a Budoshop-Online gift certificate for your purchase, the amount will be automatically credited to your account at Budoten. This credit you may cash at you next purchase at Budoten. You will receive a new gift-certificate number. The old number is not valid after first cash. Please pay attention to the expiry date of your gift certificate.

The delivery charges will be refund in case of errors in size or colour, if damaged and wrong items had been delivered. We ask for your understanding that in all other falls the transportation costs have to be paid by you. In cases of damages in transit please read our special notes.

If the value of the returned goods exceeds 50 Euro, you should always send the return as "parcel", however, for your own security we recommend to use always a recorded delivery service.
