Double Handed German Sword-flame sword. This sword is a reproduction out of the museum in the city hall of Emden, which has one of the greatest collections of Double handed Swords in Germany. It was used its use at 1500 and also was called lane blower because the fighters could hit thus real lanes to the hostile lines

The blade is made of carbon steel and goes through with a round hinge until handle end where it is screwed together with the final knob. The handle is made of wood. The ricasso is covered with leather.



The army of the mercendarys developed particularly under emperor Maximilian I. and its grandson emperor Karl V. The words: A lot of enemies-A lot of honor were ascribed to the father of the German mercenarys Georg von Frundsberg. He was a man from Mindelheim/Swabia with great bravery and loyalty to his emperor. Emperor Karl V. appointed him imperial councillor. Topmost army sign was the empire assault flag with the black eagle. The most important weapons of the mercenarys were the Katzbalger, the Biedenhänder and the dagger.

The sword made of 420s stainless, hardened steel is polished silk dull. The blade goes through until handle end and is screwed together there. The metal cast handle is decorated with fine celtic ornaments. A product of the famous sword forge Marto in Toledo (Spain).

King Arthur´s history and legend is intimately linked to the magic and misterious sword Excalibur. As Merling the wizard had proclamed, only the one able to take the sword out of the stone would be the king.
Arthur knelt in front of the stone, fulfiled this deed, took the sword, went with it to the cathedral and offered it in the altar.

The story: To write the year 3018 of the third age in Middle-Earth. In the South-East of the medieval world, the cruel armies of the land of Mordor to the war upgrade. Under the command of the Dark Lord Sauron, hordes of Orcs, horrible monsters, draw the countries of humans, elves, and dwarves. They are not penetrated only in the cosy Shire in the Northwest of Middle-Earth still. Live happy and always a piece of cake and a cup of tea to have the hobbits. Sauron lost the ring in a war against the humans and elves, and he was long regarded as lost. But now the ring is unnoticed again surfaced, in the peaceful Shire when the hobbits. The old wizard tells Frodo to leave the Shire as the nine top servants of Sauron, the Nazgûl, black cruel tab, would already look for him with the ring. It is with more than 20,000 extras and over 100 locations to one of the most elaborate productions of all time.
