Strength training with dumbbells and long - has a special significance in this context. More stabilizing muscles used during training with free weights and the workout is coordinative, athletic and sport specific.
Marcus Temming and Dirk Mähler (both diploma instructor sports University in Cologne, 3.Dan youth, 15 years Judo League and Member the Judo team, holder of 25 years of fitness Centrum T/M in Solingen) demonstrate the basic exercises with long and short weights on this DVD. All exercises are shown individually and providing clues to the correct model. Many variants of exercise and training tips make the DVD for each athlete.
