The Kata: the word Kata, fully translated, means form. In karate it is translated as fundamental or conventional form. So the kata provide models within a particular style. But they are a bit different than a simple sequence of coded movements, so perfect these may be.
They represent individually strung together fight scenes, which were prepared from the masters to pass on fighting techniques.

Stephane Mari Presented here are the basic Shotokan Kata of the method. His athletic experience, his knowledge of biomechanics, his exchange with the masters, as well as a regular practice, it has allowed him to work out the precise techniques of the kata in order to achieve optimal efficiency in martial arts.

He also offers us the 5 Heian, both in detail and with speed, together with elements to perfect, to allow immediate progress. In addition, each kata is accompanied by special exercises, with the aim of better familiarity with the technology.
