Richard Douieb : Voici 50 ans (en 1973) que j'ai commencé le Krav Maga.
Je savais que cette découverte allait changer ma vie.

La rencontre avec Imi Lichtenfeld, fondateur du Krav Maga m'a apporté la compréhension des principes innovants et géniaux sortis de son esprit peu commun.
Imi m'a apporté bien plus avec sa bienveillance et son aura positive, sur bien des aspects de la vie.
Avec la responsabilité reçue par Imi de diffuser le Krav Maga en Europe, j'essaie à mon tour de transmettre ce qui m'a été donné.
C'est le but de la fédération européenne de Krav Maga (FEKM) que j'ai créé en 1997.

Steve Schmitt : Après de nombreuses années de pratiques de différents sports de combats et d'arts martiaux, j'étais toujours à la recherche d'une méthode simple, efficace et complète.
J'ai découvert le Krav Maga lors d'un stage avec Richard Douieb en 1995 et ce fut pour moi une révélation.
