Dieses sehr informative Stück der Karateliteratur gefällt vor allem durch seinen sehr angenehmen sprachlichen Ausdruck. Wer mehr über die Ursprünge der Kata seiner Stilrichtung oder Schule erfahren möchte, sollte dieses Buch lesen. Dieses sehr informative Stück der Karateliteratur gefällt vor allem durch seinen sehr angenehmen sprachlichen Ausdruck. Gerade hier zeigen die meisten Werke selbst bedeutender Meister zum Teil grauenvolle Schwächen. Ein großes Lob an Roland Habersetzer aber auch an den Übersetzer Frank Elstner für die sprachliche Brillianz.
Hoffentlich werden weitere Bücher des bekannten französischen Autors in Deutschland veröffentlicht.
Ich bin mit diesem Band noch nicht ganz durch und kann jetzt schon sagen, dass es mit Abstand das beste Karatebuch ist, das ich je gelesen habe. Und ich besitze eine ganze Reihe davon ...
