    Das Makiwara aus dem Hause Kwon ist gut verarbeitet und scheint stabil zu sein. Ich hatte Probleme einen geeigneten Ort zu finden um es zu befestigen. Ich habe es schließlich mit Spanngurten am Baum befestigt. Es ist sehr hart und gibt nur wenig nach....also eher ein Gerät zur Abhärtung. Für Tritte jedoch(Mae-Geri, Yoko-Geri....) bestens geeignet wie auch für Handkantentechniken da die Energie nic ... read more ...

Ich habe es schließlich mit Spanngurten am Baum befestigt. Es ist sehr hart und gibt nur wenig nach....also eher ein Gerät zur Abhärtung. Für Tritte jedoch(Mae-Geri, Yoko-Geri....) bestens geeignet wie auch für Handkantentechniken da die Energie nicht vollständig auf den Körper zurückschlagen kann!
