On this DVD deals with the basics of budo studies circle (BSK) trained Bojutsu are presented. Warm-up exercises with the Bo, the entire elementary school with Bo in design and application, as well as several partner exercises (kumite Sanbon, kihon kumite and Jiyu ippon kumite) complete the basic techniques. BEYOND methods of Renzoku be presented waza (routine exercises).
