Michael Rueppel
is chief instructor of Krav Maga Street Defence.
Michael Rueppel had since 1992 worked in the security field and has countless experiences as a bodyguard (personal protection).
Among them were people like Dr. Ben Wieder, Jean-Claude van Damme, Wolfgang Joop, Herbert Grönemeyer Meier, Diana Bekirovic, Marius Müller-Westernhagen and some more.
Since 1998 he has been with the Krav Maga and the Israeli Martial Arts. He was in 1999 one of the first Krav Maga instructors in Germany. Certified by Amnon Maor.
As an experienced Krav Maga trainer, he trains and psychological rules of conduct and is well versed in criminal law. He shares his knowledge in a sympathetic manner. His first instructor in Krav Maga was Amnon Maor. This was the chief instructor of the Israeli border police special forces and led extremely dangerous missions on enemy territory.
Michael Rueppel developed its own version of the official Krav Maga there was a sporty character and not effective enough for the street fight him parts of this system. Especially his techniques from the field of firearms, knives, ground fighting and self-defense made him known outside of Germany. Today, he gives seminars worldwide, particularly proud he is that he in the home of Krav Maga Israel, Krav Maga seminars are.
On 17.12.2009 it a special honor. He was taken by Dr. Dennis Hanover, who is a close friend and his teacher, for his services to the Israeli martial arts and understanding with Israel in the Museum "History of Israeli Martial Arts". His picture now adorns the plaque to the museum together with important people in the Israeli Martial Arts.
