Ideal zum Trainieren von sowohl hohen als auch tiefen Kicks. Vor allem als Ersatz, wenn Sie keine Sandsäcke in Ihren Räumlichkeiten befestigen können. Der Gewichtfuß ist mit Kies oder Sand befüllbar und wiegt im befüllten Zustand ca. 100 kg.Der Boxsack besteht aus einem stabilen Innenrohr mit ca. 15 cm schlagabsorbierender Polsterung rundum. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Standboxsack nur für Tritt- und Schlagtechniken geeignet ist und nicht an einer Wand oder am Boden fixiert werden darf.
Dieses Art Standboxsäcke sind für eine reines Schlag oder Kicktrainig aus dem Stand heraus gedacht. Sie sind nicht dazu geeignet als Dummy für das Ground and Pound Training verwendet zu werden.
Weiterhin ist bei der Verwendung an verschieden Orten darauf zu achten, dass die Standboxsäcke nicht auf die Seite gekippt werden, um so an einen andern Standort gerollt zu werden. Das Gewicht des Fußes führt dann dazu, das die Kunststoffteile, Standfuß, Feder bzw. Standrohr nachgeben und brechen können.
Zum Verrücken kann der Standboxsack besser auf ein altes Handtuch oder ein Decke gestellt werden, auf dem oder der, dieser dann über den Boden gezogen werden kann.
