RGankaku and Chinto

The Kata Gankaku is a derivation from the Okinawan Chinto that has been handed down primarily in three versions on Okinawa: Tomari no Chinto, Matsumora no Chinto (Kiyatake no Chinto) and Matsumura no Chinto (Itosu no Chinto). The three versions are very different and have little resemblance to each other. At its base were still founded many other versions, of which we show on this video some. To return to China this complex methods of crane style (Baihequan) be researched and understood in all its facets. Kihon Bunkai, advanced Bunkai, Oyo Bunkai Bunkai and complex are shown in detail on this DVD.
