On this DVD demonstrate Werner Lind and the teachers of the BSK classical bunkai of Kata Heian and Pinan yondan yondan. The Yondan is a more advanced kata of the Heian series and includes the sum of the previous principles of the long, middle and short distance. It allows for the first time a comprehensive Bunkai in all distances. Therefore, here especially the change from the various combat distances is highlighted and there are methods shown how these changes can be accomplished in a real fight. Especially the Renzoku systems (repetition techniques) this Kata vary continuously from one distance to another. For learning the classical bunkai this DVD is essential.
