This armor is a combination of wood, metal and cotton knitting. It was faithfully modeled after the famous armor of Masamune. The base on which the armor sits is a black lacquered wooden box with gold kanji. This miniature armor is a perfect collector's item for Samurai enthusiasts.

This is a Masamune armor as a miniature from the 15th century. Date Masamune (1567-1636) was a renowned Daimyo (Lord) of Japan and famous warriors. He is known for his crescent moon on his helmet and missing eye.
