In addition, foot techniques, impact techniques etc. can be trained to it. A Makiwara fits with springs easily back if on it is struck. Training at this equipment demands special technical, physical and mental requirements at the practicing. By Makiwaratraining one improves precision, attitude, strength, perseverance as well as combat spirit/attitude and the concentration.

    Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie dieser Makiwara mit der vorgegebenen Halterung so an der Wand befestigt werden soll, dass man damit trainieren kann!
    Erst nach zwei Zusatzbohrungen ist es möglich gewesen, ihn fest an der Wand zu montieren.
    Dazu hat sich die Befestigung des Schlagkissens schon nach einem Traning gelockert, sodass der Makiwara wieder komplett abgenommen und die Schrauben nachgezog ... read more ...

Nur zur Zierde?
Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie dieser Makiwara mit der vorgegebenen Halterung so an der Wand befestigt werden soll, dass man damit trainieren kann!
Erst nach zwei Zusatzbohrungen ist es möglich gewesen, ihn fest an der Wand zu montieren.
Dazu hat sich die Befestigung des Schlagkissens schon nach einem Traning gelockert, sodass der Makiwara wieder komplett abgenommen und die Schrauben nachgezogen werden mussten. Auch hierbei mussten die zur Befestigung der Federung verwendeten Schrauben ausgetauscht werden, da diese aus dem Holz herausgebrochen waren.
Nach den von mir geleisteten Nachbesserungen kann man gut trainieren allerdings frage ich mich, ob dieser Makiwara in der gelieferte Materialausführung tatsächlich zum Training bestimmt oder nur zur Zierde vorgesehen ist.
