The oil mill Alcudia in Almodovar de Campo / Castilla la Mancha is very close to our Muela knife manufacturer. One of Spain's best olive oil from the first cold pressing of the olive Cornicarba. The color is golden yellow with a green shimmer. This first Soft pressing (extra virgin olive oil) is due to the low yield more expensive than other pressings, but of very high quality.
