Das Modell Coubi ist das kleinste unter den Citadel Taschenmessern. Die Klinge ist handgeschmiedet aus N690Co rostfreiem Stahl mit einer Härte von 58-60° Rockwell. Der Klingenrücken ist am Ansatz fein verziert. Die Griffbeschalung ist aus ausgesucht schönen Horn. Die Arretierung der Klinge erfolgt über einen Liner-Lock.
