The handles of leather-jump rope are made from high quality plastic and they are anatomically perfect shaped. Thats why, the jump rope is very good in the hand. The slim weight handles (2 x 225gr weights) are removable.
The leather-rope turns fast and easy to swallow without the weight handles promote the development of arm and shoulder muscles.

    Ja, das Lederspringseil kann richtig Tempo aufnehmen. War mir am Anfang etwas zu schnell bzw. war mir zu sensibel. Das sich mit drehende Element am Griff führt dazu, dass zusätzlich durch leichte Handbewegungen beschleunigt wird. Musste ich mich erst daran gewöhnen. Wenn man es aber erst ein paar mal probiert hat, macht es richtig Spaß. Hatte zuvor nur mit gröberen Seilen und auch eher selten ... read more ...

Ja, das Lederspringseil kann richtig Tempo aufnehmen. War mir am Anfang etwas zu schnell bzw. war mir zu sensibel. Das sich mit drehende Element am Griff führt dazu, dass zusätzlich durch leichte Handbewegungen beschleunigt wird. Musste ich mich erst daran gewöhnen. Wenn man es aber erst ein paar mal probiert hat, macht es richtig Spaß. Hatte zuvor nur mit gröberen Seilen und auch eher selten trainiert, obgleich es ein sehr effektives Trainingsgerät ist. Denke mit diesem Teil, zumindest ist es bislang so, werde ich mehr Einheiten trainieren. Ich habe es zusammen mit dem Standboxsack gekauft und dadurch sogar insgesamt weniger bezahlt. Also wer auch mit Springseilen trainiert ist hiermit bestimmt zufrieden.
