In this second work "en/ten & Sabaki" show us Nomura Shihan and his Uke A.Malet a simple and systematic way, to integrate the three basic stages, which we dominate each martial art: the teaching of the principles, the focus is on the technical aspects and practice as well as the development phase through the training.
