Aikido is a Japanese martial art that is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. It was founded in the early 20th century by Morihei Ueshiba. Aikido includes elements of different Japanese martial arts, alongside unarmed techniques of dealing with sword and are a core part of Aikido.
Aikido is purely defensive and at the same time a highly effective method of self defense. In Aikido force is not set to power.
