Ein kleines Heftchen, dass ganz nett einen kurzen Einblick in das Aikido bietet. Aber eben auch nicht mehr. Wesentliche Grundübungen (wie z. B. die unvollständig beschriebenen Handkontrollen) fehlen leider. Da gibt es sicherlich besseres.
