Since Autumn 2004 Budoten / Budoshop-Online is located in Lindenweg 5 in Elsterwerda (Brandenburg, Germany). Short after starting our businessbusiness the old premises got to small, that we had to look for a more suiteable location which we had found here.

What about a view from the sky?

The companies head quarter is conveniently placed as far as it regards transports facilities. The federal highways B101 and B169 are only a few hundred meters from the head office; the freeway A13 is therefore close too. Even to the main railway station the linear distance is only about 500 meters.

This excellent location guarantees a regular and continuous supply of our company. Daily incoming goods guarantee short delivery times.

Up to five times a day new deliveries arrive at the Budoten warehouse.

The friendly staff is our company's greatest capital. Individual customer service is very important to us. Therefore you will never receive any impersonal or even automatically generated reply.

The German phone support of Budoten is there for you from Monday - Friday from 8 - 12 am. In addition you can our customer consultants from Monday to Friday in the afternoon from 1 - 5 pm. Outside those times our mailbox-system or our comprehensive online-help will answer your questions.

If there should be against all expectations a problem, we will find for sure a good solution anyway.

Beside external distribution centers of manufactures / general importers Budoten is using own warehouse capacities as well.

The distribution center located directly at the companies head quarter guarantees a constant availability of the most popular goods.

Our staff takes care about reorders on a regular base and first of all in time.

Day by day parcels are sent out to the world. Modern shipping technology guarantees a quick preparation for shipping.

Our packaging material will protect your goods on ist way to you from transportation damages. And if possible we will reuse packaging material to save natural raw materials.

Thus Budoten is contributing in the sector of packaging materials an active contribution to the protection of our enviroment.

Mainly we are shipping the goods by DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst / German Parcel Service) and DHL (Deutsche Post / German Post). As far as possible we will consider your special demands at shipping.

Twice a day, up to six days a week the ready packed parcels are picked up from our distribution center in Elsterwerda. Usually the goods will arrive their destination within less than 48 hours after hand-over to the carrier.

At urgent orders we will arrange a direct shipping from the central warehouse of the manufacturer or general importer.

To keep shipping costs low we will send bulky and heavy goods directly from the manufacturer to you. Usually they will agree upon a delivery date with you.

Our order-tracking-system makes sure, that you may always stay informed on the current state of your order.

Via the internet you can trace the route of your parcel from us to your home because we will provide you the tracking code of the parcel. The Budoten KIS Customer Information System requires just a mouse click to use the tracking tools of DPD und DHL. Furthermore you can change your order via the KIS online or you can send us a request for a return label. In many cases returns inside Germany are free of charge and in combination with the return label very easy to handle.

A friendly postman will bring the goods relaibly to your home.

DHL (Deutsche Post) enables the pick up of the parcel from a nearby located branch if you should not be home at delivery.

DPD will even come a second time if you are not at home. After this you can agree by phone upon a different delivery address (eg. your workplace) or time or you can pick up the parcel from the DPD-depot by yourself.

Haulage firms and carrier will usually agree upon delivery date and time by phone in advance.

We can arrange deliveries on a fixed time or even by express. Due to extremely high side costs we don't offer it by standard. In case you are interested in, we will give you all necessary information and send you an offer.
