It is an ideal training device for training of elasticity. The high quality processed rubber rope has at both ends a loop, which is provided with a foam coating. This allows the practitioner to train safely and painlessly because not the rubber rope cuts. Depending on the training condition, we recommend, for example, an adult male, about 1,77 m tall and 67 kg in weight, the red (severe) 40 kg variation for training. Who the resistance is still too low then, like to use more cables in parallel to practice and combine them.
