These swords are one of the most famous samurai, Hattori Hanzo, dedicated, who was born in 1541 in the province of Mikawa. In the neighboring province Koga is the birthplace of ninjutsu, and the ninja. Under these conditions, he grew into an excellent fighter. He hit his first battle at the age of only 16 years, and came so fast to praise and recognition. The blades are made of carbon steel and feature a decorative bevelled. The traditionally wrapped handles are provided with menuki and a rochehaut-like surface. The tsuba made of zinc die casting are all provided with uniform openings.
